Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (ABVM) is a Roman Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Victoria, Texas. ABVM is a parish community that strives to proclaim the arrival of the Kingdom of GOD in word and in sacrament.

We emphasize religious formation and social development in many structured programs and services. Primarily our religious education and sacramental preparation programs which extend from nursery level through adult continueing education and other spiritual based prayer groups and music minitires. Each ministry strives to participate actively in the liturgical life of the parish. As we become a people transformed by the Holy Spirit into a community of faith, hope, love, freedom, and truthfulness. We seek to enable and facilitate the coming of the reign of God through service within the community of faith and in the world at large.
